Ken has had the privilege to speak at the TEDx Burnsville ED event, as well as CRESSTCon16 at UCLA. Ken has also provided and continues to provide consulting support to many companies, State Departments of Education, Ministries of Education, school districts/systems Nationally and Internationally, as well as non-profits such as the California Emerging Technology Fund’s School2Home program which is designed to support closing the Achievement Gap and Digital Divide at low-performing California middle schools.

I'm an Egyptian American educator, author, and community builder. In 2012, I designed my own Masters by completing 12 projects in 12 months and called it The Leap Year Project. My experiences culminated with staging my graduation at a local TEDx and publishing a book of community stories focused on the power of learning through risk. Following that year, a group of talented educators and leaders worked together to launch Experience Institute, an organization helping college students and career professionals learn and grow through immersive projects and experiences. In 2015, I was inducted into Forbes 30 Under 30 in the field of education. And in 2017, I joined the team at Stanford's School of Engineering as a Lecturer in Design, helping students reimagine their learning through experience.

Rachael speaks and writes about disruptive technology, education, and careers. She is the author of the children’s book, The Spaces You Will Go and coauthor of The Martians in Your Classroom. Rachael holds an MA in educational leadership and has 14 years of classroom teaching experience in a range of subjects, including child development, science, technology, and culinary arts. Ms. Mann’s experience includes her work as the Network to Transform Teaching State Director, the Professional Learning Director of STEM, and the Arizona State Director for Educators Rising. She is a founding member of the Council on the Future of Education and serves on a number of national boards that are dedicated to ensuring that kids are future ready.
